In past roles each of the four partners has supported the design and installation of dozens of utility equipment and distribution system upgrades including multiple electrical upgrades, air handler replacements, air compressed replacements, fire pump upgrades/replacements, chiller upgrades/replacements to name just a few.

We have extensive experience designing integrated fire protection and life safety systems for large-scale warehouse and distribution facilities, with a focus on fire protection performance, code compliance, constructability, reliability, and maintainability. Our project experience includes high-bay storage environments, high-piled commodities, automated storage systems, and large distribution centers with varying storage configurations and hazard classifications.

We have significant depth of knowledge designing manufacturing facilities and equipment including eight new production lines for a major contact manufacturer in upstate New York including critical plant infrastructure and production line utilities.
